How do I book?

Interested in using the Bentley campus for your next event? Follow the steps below to submit your booking request to our office:

  1. Contact Room Bookings for availability and/or additional booking information.
  2. Complete and submit a Hire and Use of University Facilities Application Form [.pdf] to the Scheduling Office, via email, fax or post. Please allow two weeks for your application to be processed. A certificate of currency (minimum of $10 million) for public liability insurance should also be supplied with your application form.
  3. Await confirmation of your event request. Your booking is deemed as a request until written confirmation has been provided by the Room Bookings team. Payment method and confirmation of hire charges will also be determined at this point.
  4. Final payment will be made after your event date. A tax invoice can be provided upon request and can take up to 2 weeks to be supplied. All payments can be made via our Online Payment Gateway.
