Room Bookings at Curtin University are managed by the Class Management Office, Student Central in close cooperation with other University areas.
Curtin University facilities are available for ad hoc bookings by staff, guild and the wider community. Charges may apply. At certain times, some rooms are unavailable for bookings.
Staff Bookings
Staff members are able to book venues for non-teaching activities, conferences, guest lectures, and general meeting rooms.
Student / Guild Bookings
Provides information on room bookings for Student Guild groups.
Visitor Bookings
Booking and hiring of Bentley campus facilities which include lecture theatres, tutorial rooms and outdoor areas.
